Job Type: Recruiter
Location: D-H-A Lahore.
Timings 6:00pm to 2:00am
Requirements:
1 - The candidate should have cold calling experience.
2 - Candidate should have previous experience in a headhunting role ideally in the HR industry.
3 - Must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to convince the potential candidates over the phone.
4 - Must be an IT savvy.
6 - Familiarity with Excel, MS Word (ideally a candidate should type all the conversation word to word).
7 - Preferred education level is Bachelors.
8 - Excellent organizational skills.
9 - Must be able to work from 6pm to 2am Pakistan time.
10 - Ideal candidate should have sales experience.
11 - Must be able to work independently.
